Tim is leading the Supplier Collaboration workstream within Bayer Procurement’s Supplier Decarbonization team. With a strong track record in driving cross‑functional change, he specializes in mobilizing suppliers and internal stakeholders to accelerate climate action across complex value chains. Tim brings broad experience in strategic and operational procurement, agile project leadership, and relationship‑building across global networks. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology and has over 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain across the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
