Since 2019, she has been part of the Handler Group, where she leads the Corporate Development & Communication team and oversees HR, marketing, ESG, and sustainability across the group. Trained as a sociologist, she brings expertise in change management and, together with her team, develops strategic concepts for employee retention and cultural development. As a key interface between operational units and executive management, she actively drives the group’s future forward.
