Anna Ma

Anna Ma is Climate Director at Nexio Projects, with over 17 years of experience in environmental sustainability. She specialises in Scope 3 emissions management, supply chain decarbonization, and Net Zero strategy, helping organisations move from ambition to measurable implementation. Anna has worked across a wide range of industries, advising on GHG inventories, SBTi target-setting, Product Carbon Footprinting (PCF), and supplier engagement programmes designed to drive real emissions reductions throughout the value chain. She has particular expertise in using PCF data to move organisations from spend-based estimates to supplier-specific emissions insights, enabling more precise and impactful procurement decisions. Anna had also spent a number of years in the TMT sector, where she led large-scale climate programmes, gaining first-hand experience of the internal challenges organisations face in turning Scope 3 commitments into action. Anna will be exploring how Product Carbon Footprinting can unlock the next level of Scope 3 action, from data collection through to supplier collaboration and decision-making.
