Matthias Hoffmann is the Founder and CEO of Grubengold. Together with his team of more than 30 experts, he supports large corporations, SMEs, and start-ups in their strategic and sustainable transformation. He is the creator of the widely recognized Lean Sustainability Framework (LSF), a methodology designed to pragmatically structure and embed sustainability within organizations. In addition, he serves on the board of the German Sustainable Business Association, contributing to transformation at the macroeconomic level. Previously, the graduate mathematician and MBA held senior leadership roles at Innogy SE, where he was responsible for developing new business models and driving innovation. His work focuses on creating unconventional and creative solutions that turn sustainability from a compliance requirement into a strategic competitive advantage.
