Lydia Pforte

Lydia Pforte is Head of Environmental Data Strategy at Henkel, where she leads the company’s work on climate, circularity, and environmental data. Over the past five years, she has built the systems and governance needed to turn emissions data into decisions, most recently as Head of GHG (Scope 3) & LCA. Before joining Henkel, she worked on GHG accounting and sustainability strategy at Deloitte, following more than seven years at Meo Carbon Solutions focused on supply chain transparency and life cycle assessments. Her experience of the full arc from technical LCA work to corporate-level climate data strategy gives her a grounded perspective on what it actually takes to make Scope 3 work in practice.
